Refund policy

NOTE: As per company policy, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on sale items, whether domestic or international. We only offer exchange on domestic orders for products of equal or greater value.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN INDIA)

We can EXCHANGE your product within 7 days after receiving your item for a different size of the same item or another item of the same or higher value. If 7 days have passed since your items were delivered (as per the date on the courier tracking number), we cannot offer you an exchange unfortunately. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

We adhere to a NO RETURNS POLICY on all our products as each piece is made to order, unless there is a defect on the item. Please check your size on the size chart or ask us for sizing information in case of doubt before purchasing. This helps us keep our commitment of less wastage.

To start an exchange, please email us at hello@harkoi-nyc.com. Please include the following in your email:

1.     Your full name

2.    Contact information

3.    Order number

4.   Reason for the exchange

5.    Details of what you would like instead of your original item

If your request for exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return shipping costs have to be borne by the sender. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
  • You are responsible for sending the exchange item safely to us. If the item is damaged or lost in transit, we will be unable to provide an exchange.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange is approved or not.
  • The exchanged product requested should of equal or higher value than the product originally purchased.

DAMAGES AND ANY ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item (include clear photos and description of the issue), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accept items that have been damaged after use. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items, gift cards or items purchased in person.
